Specific Times

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a time frame of a few hours. Please include your requested time frame in the special instruction box when ordering. Our normal delivery imes are 9am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2pm for orders
going to a high school.

During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day our florists operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm.

Valentine's Day Deliveries in Storm Affected Areas On The East Coast

Due to the incredible snow storms on the East coast it may be necessary to deliver on Tuesday if Wednesday seems unlikely due to the storm. If you chose Wednesday, Feb 14th for delivery, we will make every effort to deliver your flowers on that day. Thank you for your understanding and be safe.

Shipped Products Delivered on a Specific Day We guarantees that your gift will arrive by the delivery date. ccasionally the item arrives through the carriers early, and we are not responsible for orders delivered early.

Funerals

These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact the
funeral home anyway to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery.

High Schools

High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send teacher's gifts to the high school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to high schools should be placed early because they usually must be received by 2pm.

Mother's Day Holiday Delivery Policy

Deliveries are available in most cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to make your Sunday delivery and time permits, we will deliver the gift on Saturday. If both Saturday and Sunday are not available in the recipient area, then we will deliver on Monday. Thank you.

Sunday Delivery

Deliveries are available in most cities on Sundays in the USA if ordered by 11am in the recipient time zone. If we are unable to make your Sunday delivery and time permits we will deliver the gift on Saturday. If it is too late to deliver on Saturday and Sunday is not available then we will call and email you as soon as possible and put your order on hold.. (Normal call times are about 2 hours on Sundays).

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.

Rural Routes and Remote Locations We occasionally have trouble delivering to some rural routes and will contact you if service is unavailable. In some cases, delivery to such rural areas is available for an additional fee;
we will contact you if such a situation arises.

If no one is home

Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a essage for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. We responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Canceling an Order

Florist Delivered Products:
Due to the nature of florist delivered products, we are unable to cancel an order once it has already been sent out to a florist delivery. To cancel an order that has not been processed

Shipped Products:
We are unable to cancel orders for shipped products that have already shipped out. To cancel an order that has not been processed please call 718-256-2731.

If you are not completely satisfied please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using any of these convenient Methods:

If your florist delivered flowers were not delivered or attempted on the day that you requested then your delivery fee can be waived. (This does not include deliveries for Sundays because service is not available in all areas on Sundays.)

WEATHER:
Floralart.us is not responsible for delays in delivery of florist-delivered or shipped products caused by severe weather onditions or other acts of God and cannot reimburse delivery fees on such orders.

In the event a shipped product may be enjoyed as soon as possible by arriving earlier than the specified delivery date, we are unable to offer a discount.

In the event that a shipped product arrives late and delivery has not been attempted we may offer a discount equal to the difference in shipping.

We are not responsible for flowers or shipped gifts that are left in an office overnight where heat can become an Issue.
